does not work with many pans, only get half heat and that on 400 degrees you get 165 degrees
they are ok for induction warming not cooking, great to melt wax, will not even fry bacon or boil water, better to buy pans that are made for induction cooking.
Great product when used on an induction range
I had to use my aluminum canner on the burner of our gas grill because I have an induction range. I can once again can in my air-conditioned kitchen. I would highly recommend these plates to anyone who has an aluminum canner or aluminum pots and pans and wants to continue to use them on their induction range or cooktop. I wish I had not waited so long to purchase these!!!
