Good pan
Husband wanted this to cook turkey.. A bit small for the bird he picked. Turkey was great so pan helped. Pay attention to dimensions.

Used this pan only three times and non stick coating on bottom is peeling off.Very,very disappointed.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
Not what expected
I thought the heritage collection would be quality because it was a bit more expensive than the regular. I used this pan just once. The rim has already started chipping off.
