I WOULD LOVE IT IF I HAD THE ABSOLUTE DIMENSIONS
I'm in the market for just such a pan but I want to use it in a large toaster oven, so with handles included, it can't be longer than 12 X 9, or better 11 X 9 or in that range. Without the precise dimensions and capacities, how do you hope to sell it?
UPDATE: I looked it up on another site and took its specifications:
Weight: 3.50
Length: 15.63
Width: 9.75
Height: 2.00
This should help all who would gain by this information. Too big for my purpose.
Well-made broiler pan combo
My reaction so far is this is a solidly made combo roaster-broiler. It's been easy to clean and the size is perfect for cooking a meal for one or two. Please note it is not a standard-sized broiler pan. I had recently purchased another broiler at Target. I don't know what it's really made of, but cleaning it is almost impossible -- the grease just sticks to it no matter what cleaner or amount of scrubbing is applied. The Columbian pan is just the opposite and I would highly recommend it. Hopefully I can also find a standard-sized pan from these folks.
UPDATE: After a couple months of use, I remain extremely pleased with the construction quality of this pan. Clean-up is super easy as well. Highly recommended.
Warps Under the Broiler
The top piece (the broiling layer with the holes in it) warped after about 8 minutes under the broiler. Not terribly impressed.
