Arrived very quickly...my favorite skillet!
The wok arrived very quickly, and has totally replaced what I was using! The lid fits well and allows me to steam veggies a little. The surface is truly non-stick. Haven't figured out how to use the rack with the lid but otherwise highly recommend this product.
After a couple uses...
I did not want a wok that I had to spend a lot of time with upon arrival (removing coatings, etc.) and I did not want a stainless wok because the food sticks and I did not want a cast iron wok because they are heavy and take so long to heat up - so I chose this one. I wanted a big pan like this with high sides because you can stir a lot and the food doesn't fall out. I did some research outside Amazon on the coating and I'm OK with it. Out of the box after washing it, I cooked two meals that turned out nice. It is a good size and I love the lid and handles. Cleans up VERY easy. I hope it lasts a long time.I recommend this wok! If it performs well over several months and I don't have any problems, I will come back and update my rating to five stars.
