Great little Tagine pot, over-the-top fantastic customer service
I received my La Tienda tagine pot on a Wednesday. It was of very nice quality, and had arrived in time for my tagine dinner party on Saturday. I had ordered it 2nd day air for the occasion. Unfortunately, the bottom had broken in half during shipment! I sent off an email to La Tienda that night, explaining the situation; could they possibly help me out with a new bottom part? Thursday, they sent me a whole new pot, next day air!!! It arrived Friday, in perfect condition. The party was saved! I am delighted with this product; the lid fits well, and it is made of quality Spanish terra cotta. Needless to say, it also makes a very tasty tagine! This size serves 3 hungry people or 4 people eating something else along with the tagine.
Terracotta Tagine
I have to say I do love this tagine, and I think it is good value for money. I have used it a number of times already and my food has cooked beautifully.
However, if you want to use it to cook for more than four people this tagine is too small.
It didn't come with any care instructions, which could help especially as it is for use on direct heat.
