Enjoy the Grill Pan
This is a very good pan for grilling foods. I have grilled primarily steaks and hamburgers but have no doubt that other foods would do great. I use a spray oil and have had no problem cleaning the pan. It does not get rusty as some other cast iron pans do if you leave it soaking. The only down side, and the reason I did not give it 5 stars, is that since the pan has very low sides there is substantial grease splatter so a good cleaning of your stove top will be necessary after cooking. I have an induction stove top and the grill pan works great. I would highly recommend this grill pan as an easy alternative to using a grill. Actually there have been several times that I have chosen to cook on the grill pan instead of grilling outside.
